T&Cs
Once you’ve made an enquiry and your quote has been finalised, you’ll receive a more detailed copy of the terms & conditions below by email on my booking form. It is your (the Client) responsibility to understand, agree, and accept responsibility for all booking conditions, including all payments due by specified dates. By proceeding to pay a deposit, you accept that you are entering into a contract and you agree to be bound by these conditions, (both below and the conditions set out in your booking form). All treatments offered are carried out at your own risk.
Minimum booking policy: for any bookings made Friday - Sunday year round, and also between the second to last weekend in December - New Years Day, I ask for a minimum booking of £350. A surcharge may apply for any bookings that do not meet this value. This will be made clear in communications from me when I send your initial quote if its clear that the surcharge may apply. Once numbers have been agreed and deposit is paid, I ask that no reduction to numbers or booking value is made. An increase to your booking might be possible depending on timings & artist availability.
Payment: A non-refundable booking fee is required on booking, deducted from the total amount due for your wedding day, to secure your wedding date in my diary. Amount is dependant upon the size of your booking, but you can expect this to be between £50 and £200. Your remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before your wedding day. Trial is payable in full no later than 2 weeks before your appointment and is also non-refundable. All payments are non-refundable once made.
Travel: Travel will be quoted on a case by case basis. In the event that your wedding day requires a start time before 6am, accommodation for the night before your wedding day will be included in your quote. This may also apply if travel of over 2 hours is required on the morning of your wedding. Clarification of any travel or accommodation costs will be included in your individual quote.
Cancellation & postponement: All monies paid are non-refundable under any circumstances other than artist illness or artist involved in an emergency situation that prevents them from working on the day of your wedding, (this excludes any local, national or international emergencies, severe weather, pandemics, or any other dangerous circumstances that could compromise working conditions. In this instance artist is not liable as client is required to ensure safe working conditions are maintained). In the event of artist illness, every effort will be made to find you a replacement artist in the first instance. If you wish to cancel within 12 weeks of your wedding, either full or partial booking, your full balance will be due. If your trial is cancelled once your appointment has been made, 50% of the total amount will be due to rebook your appointment if we’re unable to find another client to take that space. If you wish to change the date of your wedding, every effort will be made to accommodate this. If I’m unavailable on your new date and cannot provide an alternative artist, cancellation policy applies and any monies paid are non-refundable.
